Soup – Pea Veloute
Main – Lamb cooked in two ways, Potato Puree with a Basil and Tomato Jus.
Dessert – Frozen Dessert, White Chocolate and Raspberry Parfait, Praline Biscuits and Fresh Summer Berries.
